Red1 Business comes in 2 service levels.
The Pro subscription is for businesses with more than 15 endpoints (computers), possibly multiple locations, a complex technology environment, or other special needs that require a significant amount of attention.
The Pro subscription includes 1st priority support for most IT services.
The Essentials subscription is for smaller businesses with minimal support needs. It offers 2nd priority service plus all of the cybersecurity protects of our Pro plan. The main difference is that all remote and onsite service requests are charged at a discounted hourly rate.
